What is A Plus?

A Plus Kids’ TV on Dialog Television is the only channel in

Sri Lanka that broadcasts dedicated content created

specifically for kids

24 hours a day, 7 days a week for children.

All our programs are produced under the Edutainment concept,

which is an internationally recognized concept

for children’s program.

Our goal is to maintain quality programs in order to give our children,

who are very advanced and discerning in engaging with audio/visual

content, an international kids channel experience as their horizons and

aspirations extend far beyond our shores.

The colors, graphic design, animations, effects, presenters,

and content we use are all maintained to achieve our goal standards,

and we have a dedicated education team that conducts research and

development to ensure this.

Audience

While our audience obviously interacts with children, it also includes parents & guardians.

For example,

Ages 1-5

For this age group we present majorly edutainment content that is conductive to brain development and parents (commonly mothers) are present with these children at all times.

We have received feedback that mothers commonly show their children our programs especially during feeding time.

Ages 6-10

We primarily present brain boosting content in this age category. Parents are present with children of this age to engage in their activities, and to assist their children with the scholarship exam aiding programs we conduct.

Ages 11-15

Although the combined engagement of parents and children for

this age category is less than for the others, we do create a lot of innovative, science, and technology content, along with competitions

and activities for these children and have received positive feedback.
